Default 55hp monk + bonder = wtf ?

oke, i'm a mo/r atm, cause i want to play pokeway in GvG...so I asked a guildy to kill some trolls...and he was coming with his 55hp...
so i was thinking...what if i take life bond and life barrier ? i mean, he gets 5 dmg every hit....life barrier reduces dmg with 50%...so he should get 2.5 dmg
and life bond would take half dmg to me....so he should get 1.25dmg every hit

but he got 5 every hit =|

anyone got an explanation ?

regards

i imagine the order of the enchantments matter.

Order does matter....

he recieves an attack of dmg x

for sake of this example we will set x = 100

LifeBarrier reduces that by 50% (for this example, depends on prot att.)
so we have 50dmg
Life Bond reduces that by 50% (only physical dmg mind you)
so we have 25dmg
He has Prot spirit on which makes certain that dmg recieved can only be 10% of total health.

total health (th) = 55
dmg recieved = th x 10%
in this case ~5dmg..

To reduce that dmg, you would have to have your 55 cast prot spirit, then you would cast your enchants on him, and then for the next 20s (or so) he would recieve 1-2 dmg. once he recast prot spirit it would be back to ~5 dmg.

Regardless, for any 55 out there 1 dmg or 5 dmg makes very little difference it is degen that can be the hardest to manage, not to mention interrupts and enchants getting stripped.

There's a new form of spellbreaker that's not elite that might be able to stop Rend Enchantments if you time your casting right...

I think someone should use an assasin for a 55 character
Reason #1. Shadow Shroud.... lose all but 18-41 Health, that isnt that much, it stops all dmg and all enemy spells
Reason #2. You could Call it Awesome-O --- Ass/Mo looks like Asimo Asimo sounds like Awesome-o (South Park)

uh. yeah like previous posters said, order matters. Also, why do that. He should have no problem soloing trolls (i mean...they are basicly some of the easiest things to kill). Also, if he were to die once then switch his -50 cesta to a -20 ankh, he would get less damage per hit as well. So basicly, there is no need for it.
